I'm guessing there is one remaining piece of a delicious birthday cake in front of her, which is someone else's. They were saving the last piece for themselves. She's wondering how quick she can get it into her mouth and eat it before anyone notices and reprimands her.

Based on the background, I would guess she's in some sort of office. Her thoughts? "This is boring...I hope mom is finished in there soon so I can go back to playing in the sunshine!"
I could do a funny caption, but I'd rather say that she's thinking about Jesus.

What a beautiful young woman. I would think she is pensive or bored. Good photo. Blogger wouldn't let me comment four hours ago. Some system glitch.
She just had a vision of all the homeworks and tests and assignments she would have to submit,resubmit and waste her time in school and then grow up and work all day, and finally end up looking the same ...

She didn't have much of a choice, Annie. She had to wait- she was quiet about it- but you could tell she wanted to leave.
She didn't even notice me taking her picture Suby- so I know she wasn't upset with me :p
